Authorize Execution of a Contract with Woody Contractors, Inc., in an Amount Up to $2,000,000.00, for the Purpose of Furnishing All Materials, Equipment and Labor for the Extension, Replacement and/or Improvement of Existing Stormwater Systems, Provide for Contingencies, Construction Management, Surveying, Inspection and Material Testing for a Total Project Amount of $2,282,000.00 with the Option to Renew the Contract Up to Two Times Under the Same Terms, Conditions and Unit Prices Provided Sufficient Funding Has Been Previously Appropriated.
